About Dream Business Method

Most other business programs teach you techniques – how to write sales copy, how to make videos, how to manage your time, how to have a winning psychology, etc.

Yet, if you study these programs carefully, you’ll find the teachers themselves often make an astonishing admission – most of their clients will never implement what they teach. I believe this is because most teachers can only teach you to be like them.

Your job is not to become a miniature version of the latest “guru”. You need solutions that grow your business to become an accurate and exciting extension of your own unique vision and personality.

That’s why Dream Business Method is different. Over many years of building my own businesses and advising others, I discovered that most business problems have common roots. When you understand the roots of your business, you can create solutions that simplify and enliven your business.

Instead of teaching you new techniques, we work together to eliminate friction so your business becomes an fulfilling endeavor that brings out the best in you and your team.

Here is the essence of the Dream Business Method:

  • select your biggest business opportunity
  • select a challenge blocking this opportunity and examine it from many angles
  • pick the shortest path from A to B that fits your personal business style

When you solve one problem this way, many others often get resolved at the same time. The result is a dramatic increase in the speed and ease at which you accomplish your objectives.

My promise to you is once you try the Dream Business Method, you’ll have the extra time, money, and energy needed to fully carry out your plans while remaining true to yourself and your goals.

About Mark Winstein

All through my life, I’ve pursued “dream businesses” – businesses that satisfy a larger goal than just making money. I don’t have a problem with people who want to make a lot of money, but if that’s you’re only goal, you’re probably not going to have a lot of interest in this website.

When I was starting my first dream business at age 23, my folks suggested I meet with one of their friends who was good a making money. So, we sat down for a strategy session. He said he sold candy and cigarettes because a lot of people like to smoke and eat candy.

In fact, there was a good business message in that advice – pick a strong market. But back then, I couldn’t hear what my parent’s friend was saying. It seemed like we didn’t have any common ground.

These days, more and more people are growing companies that make a real difference for people, express unique values and visions, and that make a good income for entrepreneurs and their employees.

Making a profit while accomplishing your vision takes a strong game plan. If you’re an entrepreneur who sees making money as a means rather than an end in itself, I think I have a lot to offer to you.

I’ve found that pioneering business leaders like you can often get bogged down on some important issues that are unique to dream businesses. I know this because it has happened to me (more than once) and it has happened to a lot of entrepreneurs I’ve advised over the years.

For example, entrepreneurs have come to me after making the following common errors:

  • spending thousands of dollars on internet business “experts” yet only earning a few thousand in sales
  • spending thousands on securities attorneys while not raising enough capital to even pay the legal bills
  • spending years and thousands of dollars on product development and facing bankruptcy instead of making sales that were close at hand

And I’ve helped many other entrepreneurs:

  • avoid large expenditures and shorten their path to breaking even
  • simplify overly-complex internet systems
  • resolve personal differences among key players
  • make key, business-saving strategic decisions

By 2001, I realized I had some unique experiences and had learned some rarely mentioned things about business that would allow me to help others avoid big mistakes and efficiently go about making the world a better place for me, my family, and everyone else. Ever since then, in one way or another I’ve been refining my craft of serving entrepreneurs so that they can serve the world.

I am grateful for all the opportunities I’ve had to do this kind of work for others, and I look forward to helping with you as you build your own Dream Business.
